Customer Service Representative
Full Time
Cresco, IA | In-Office Only
Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week (with seasonal flexibility)
$16.00–$20.00/hour + Bonus Potential
Turkey River Ag Sales is a growing, farmer-focused ag tech and services company based in Cresco, Iowa. We are looking for a dependable and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you're highly organized, a great communicator, and passionate about helping others, this is an opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking company making a difference in agriculture.
KEy Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and text

Accurately document customer interactions and service requests

Monitor grain management systems and respond to alerts as needed

Coordinate and schedule maintenance service work orders

Maintain detailed records and communicate clearly with internal teams
-
Support customer education around products like AGI BinManager™
-
Represent Turkey River Ag Sales at occasional events, farm shows, or clinics
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Agriculture experience or industry knowledge strongly preferred
-
Previous customer service experience is a plus
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
-
Excellent note-taking and listening skills
-
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
-
Able to take initiative and work well under pressure

Willing to work occasional extended hours during harvest season

Must commute to the Cresco office daily (no remote work available)

Grain Bin Maintenance Technician
Full Time
Cresco, IA | In-Office Only
Monday–Friday, with some weekends during harvest | Overnight Travel Required
$50,000–$60,000/year
Turkey River Ag Sales is a growing, farmer-focused ag tech and services company based in Cresco, Iowa. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Grain Bin Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with technology, and are passionate about supporting agriculture, this role offers the chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge grain monitoring systems across the Midwest.
KEy Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot grain bin monitoring systems (temperature cables, moisture sensors, airflow controls)

Perform inspections, calibrations, and repairs on electrical and mechanical system components

Diagnose connectivity issues and update software for remote monitoring tools

Collaborate with grain managers to optimize grain quality and reduce spoilage
-
Keep accurate records of service calls, system performance, and repairs
-
Assist with general grain bin maintenance tasks as needed
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards, including confined space and electrical protocols
-
Represent Turkey River Ag Sales with professionalism at customer sites and job locations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel away from home during the week

Proficient with hand and power tools

Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor/agricultural conditions

Electrical, mechanical, or computer experience preferred

Basic computer skills for software diagnostics and updates

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated with excellent time management
